TRAILERON®: Bike...Bring Stuff!
The TRAILERON® accessory for cyclists allows towing of wagons, pull carts and trailers.

1. Remove bicycle seat and post - Use quick release or appropriate tool (screwdriver, hex wrench, etc.) to remove seat post from frame of bicycle.

2. Place one small elastic band on seat post - This ensures that TRAILERON® does not slide up the seat post when trailering cart. [View Illustration]

3. Place TRAILERON® on seat post - Place the end with clear white reflector here. Label will be in an upright, readable direction. [View Illustration]

4. Place the other small elastic band on seat post - This allows TRAILERON® to be adjusted anywhere along the seat post and helps ensure the device is clear of contact with rear wheel. Make sure to allow for the rotative movement of TRAILERON® between bands. [View Illustration]

5. Replace bicycle seat and post - Ensure that the seat is tightened in place properly. TRAILERON® should be free to swing about seat post, allowing no contact with seat or rear wheel. Place force of body weight on seat to make sure seat is secure. Do this before riding!

6. Check rotative movement of TRAILERON® about the seat post - Use a small amount of silicone based lubricant (NOT WD-40) on the seat post, if necessary, to ensure proper movement about the seat post. [View Illustrations]

7. Check to ensure the trailer wheels are properly secured to the trailer - TRAILERON, L.L.C. is NOT responsible for the road worthiness of the cart or wagon you are trailering! We recommend carts with pneumatic (air-filled) tires. Some trailers and carts come with snap-on wheels. Always check to ensure these will not come off while transporting the cart by bicycle. Always lubricate the trailer wheel bearings with a silicone based spray (NOT WD-40) to minimize bearing erosion.

8. Pre-stretch the large elastic band and place over rear of TRAILERON® - The large elastic band is designed to fit snuggly. Always pre-stretch large elastic band and, then, place over the end of TRAILERON® with the red reflector. Do this before placing the handle of the trailer cart in groove! [View Illustrations]

9. Center the handle of the device being trailered in the rear groove of TRAILERON® - The large elastic band will be around the body of TRAILERON®. Ensure that the device being trailered does not make contact with the rear wheel of the bicycle. If it does make contact with rear tire, do not attempt to trailer the device! [View Illustration]

10. Grasp body of TRAILERON®, and with two fingers pull large elastic band over the top of the cart handle and around the rear end of TRAILERON® - Make sure the band is not twisted and will not slip back over the red reflector while transporting cart. [View Illustrations]

11. Once again, ensure TRAILERON® and cart are clear of contact with rear wheel! - Make sure that no part of the device being trailered, nor any ropes, towels, or ties, makes contact with the rear wheel of the bicycle!
