TRAILERON: Bike...Bring Stuff!
The TRAILERON accessory for cyclists allows towing of wagons, pull carts and trailers.

1. Which TRAILERON product should I order for my cart or wagon?

A. First, determine your primary trailer - the type of cart or wagon you will most often be using with TRAILERON. If it is a wagon, lawn mower, or other four-wheeled cart, order TRAILERON for WAGONS. If it is a golf pull cart, order Original TRAILERON.
B. For all other two-wheeled carts, contact customerservice@traileron.com with the make/model # of your cart.

2. What size is my seat post, Regular or Large?

  A. Remove seat and post from your bicycle and look for numbered markings on the seat post. If these markings are 25mm - 28.6 mm (1" - 1/8"), order Regular seat post size. If the markings are greater than 28.6mm and less than 31.8mm, order Large seat post size.
  B. If there are no markings, measure across bottom of seat post.

3. How do I keep TRAILERON from swinging about my seat post when I'm not carting my trailer?

With TRAILERON connected to seat post, place one large elastic band around the rear of TRAILERON and pull near seat post. Pull band around seat post and clear reflector and snap into place on opposite side (this forms a U-shape about seat post). TRAILERON should not swing. Store your extra band in the same manner, and you'll have a spare for emergency use.

4. How do I order replacement bands?

Contact customerservice@traileron.com or write:

TRAILERON Customer Service, 8837 Croes Dr., Houston, TX 77055.

The first set of replacement bands are FREE! Additional sets are available for $2.99/package.
